ABOUT NORTH RIVERSIDE
The North Riverside Neighborhood Association is comprised of homes in Riverside Estates and the River North neighborhoods, including adjoining homes along Riverside Drive and Brandon Mill Road.
The geographical boundaries are the Chattahoochee River to the west, Wildercliff and the intersection of Brandon Mill & Dalrymple Roads to the north, Brandon Mill Road to the east and Marsh Creek to the south (with the exception of Canonbury Place which has its own HOA). All homes within these boundaries are part of the North Riverside Neighborhood Association.
There are 230 homes in our association. The reason for combining neighborhoods is that there is strength in numbers. Having more homes provides us with more resources and a stronger voice in our city. We are in two Sandy Springs city council districts. The homes on the northwest side of Riverside Drive are located in District 2 and are represented by City Councilperson Melody Kelly while the homes southeast side of Riverside are in District 3 and are represented by City Councilperson Melissa Mular.
We use a private online communications network called 'Nextdoor'. On Nextdoor, neighbors share recommendations, items for sale or free, crime/safety concerns & Sandy Springs issues. It is also a great tool for finding lost pets.
Please visit northriverside.nextdoor.com and join our Nextdoor site. If you are already a member, please visit nextdoor.com/invitation & invite your neighbors who are not yet members to join. You can invite them via email, if you know it, or print out this flyer & drop it by their mailbox or house! Nextdoor Flyer Invitation
